Doncaster College is the largest provider of further education in South Yorkshire. It is also one of the largest providers of higher education in the region.
During the last academic year, more than 33,000 people enrolled on over 1,100 part and full-time courses across its two campuses, the College employs around 1,200 staff and accommodates students aged 16+.
Its main campus is the exciting new Â£65m Waterfront development in the centre of Doncaster. The Hub, as it is known, opened in September 2006 and is home to some of the best educational facilities in the United Kingdom. It includes state-of-the-art IT facilities, a 100-seat lecture theatre, a 200-seat drama studio and a massive two-floor Learning Resource Centre.
The University Centre, Doncaster is the Hub's sister campus and is home to the College's Faculty of Arts. Set in 126 acres of idyllic west Doncaster countryside in High Melton, the Faculty of Arts caters for both further education and higher education students.
