Information For  Undergraduates

Art at Wilmington College is an experience in creative ideas, varied techniques, and personal insights. The Art Major is an intimate, hands-on course of study that prepares students for further work in art-related fields. The Art Department provides a foundation in the fundamentals of Art and Graphic Design. The Major prepares students to become practitioners of the visual arts, graduate students, designers of graphic media or teachers of art. Art Majors and Art minors receive broad experience in the visual arts and are also able to concentrate in graphic and computer design. A degree in Art Education is also available, offering a license in multi-age teaching.
