After a successful career as an art director in Washington, D.C., Mira moved to San Antonio and began studying with master abstractionist Alberto Mijangos. Her most recent solo show, White Minutiae, opened in December 2003 at Three Walls Gallery in the Blue Star Art Space in San Antonio.
