| Valera Martynchik art(Megaart) is direct continuation of the Avant-Guard tradition in Russia. He was influenced by Analitical Art of russian painter P.Filonov and other artists and thinkers whose approach can be defind as approach to the cosmic cosciesness.Was born in Belarus in 1948. Graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Minsk in 1972. Until 1986 belonged to the Soviet Underground Movement. Founder "Forma" (1987)the first group of underground artists in Belarus. Since 1990 lives and works in London. |
