Titanik

Artist’s Association Arte has its own artist-run gallery Titanik at the very heart of Turku, the oldest city in Finland. The gallery was established in 1988 on the shore of Aura River, into a space previously occupied by a public lavatory. Since the establishment, Gallery Titanik has introduced good quality contemporary art, hosted hundreds of interesting exhibitions and acted as an alternative choice among local art-life. Besides exhibitions the gallery provides space for Arte Association’s office and Sumu Residence’s studio.

Titanik hosts exhibitions all through the year, and the entrance to the gallery is free.
