Galerie Pangée

Located in historic Old Montreal, the Galerie Pangée is named after "Pangée" ("Pangea" in English), which was the super continent that broke apart 200 million years ago to form the current continents.

The Gallery\'s mission is to provide a unique gallery experience which offers a venue for the arts and culture which encompasses the central theme of exploration in all its forms.

The Gallery\'s team is young, cosmopolitan, bilingual, and multicultural (European/Canadian), and its mission is to be on the cutting edge of the art world in Canada by offering a multidisciplinary approach to the arts and culture.

The Gallery will be international in scope and showcase work by both established and emerging Canadian and international artists.

The Gallery seeks to increase the exposure and appreciation of Quebecois and Canadian artists both internationally and domestically.

Erro at Cossette
The Galerie Pangée presents an exhibition of Erro at Cossette from January 21st through February 29th, 2008. Originally from Iceland, Erro invented the European style of Pop Art which he has revolutionised since 1950. The exhibition showcases 9 lithographies from Erro's Mao in Venise series.
