University Gallery

THE UNIVERSITY GALLERY is an essential component of the teaching, research and service mission of the School of Art and Art History,College of Fine Arts, University of Florida. The University Gallery's six exhibitions per year bring current ideas in contemporary art to our students and community. These exhibitions are designed to enhance and challenge the bodies of knowledge in the various studio disciplines offered in the school.

Location And Getting There

The University Gallery is located at the intersection of SW 4th Avenue & SW 13th Street in Gainesville, Florida. From I-75, take exit #384 (old exit 75) and go RIGHT (east) on Archer Road. Go approx. 2.5 miles to SW 13th Street (Highway 441) and turn LEFT (north) until you see the University Gallery on your left at SW 4th Avenue.

Parking is available in reserved spaces behind Fine Arts Building "C" on Inner Road. Visitor permits are issued to gallery visitors at the University Gallery.The parking lot at Tigert Hall, just north of the Gallery is reserved for visitors during gallery receptions.
