The Gallery opened at 52 Corso Magenta in Milan on 2 December 2000.
The Gallery’s main aim is to enhance the works of both Italian and foreign contemporary artists, especially those who are not part of conventionally recognized markets, but who nonetheless show valuable artistic skills and power of expression and communication.
The choice of artistic genres is not driven by specializations, but rather by indirectness and eclecticism, keeping an eye open on the experimentation of new connections between visual art, literature, poetry etc. The Gallery has hosted exhibitions of paintings, artistic design, gift and fancy goods, fibre art, photography and sculptures.
Being aware of the world around it, the Gallery does not just act to further the knowledge about the artists, but it directly promotes events connected with the political and social reality of the area. A considerable number of artists have been involved for this purpose, in 2003 a collective exhibition of deliberation and condemnation of the war, the proceeds of which were given to Emergency, the humanitarian association.
