Gosia Koscielak

The Gosia Koscielak Studio and Gallery represent contemporary American and International artists in all media. Art works shown in Gosia Koscielak Studio and Gallery reflects the complexity and diversity of current aesthetic practices, spanning cultures and disciplines, creating a bridge between new media and established art forms. The gallery is a Global - Local (GLOCAL) Art Platform providing an opportunity for Chicagoans to experience the constantly changing international art scene.

Malgorzata Gosia Koscielak was born in Wroclaw, Poland;she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, Poland (MFA'86, MFA'87, PhD’92) and from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (MFA'94) where she was a Fulbright Scholar. She has been the Artistic Director of a Rekwizytornia Gallery at the Contemporary Theatre in Wroclaw (1987-89).
