Herbert Palmer Gallery

Established in 1963, the Herbert Palmer Gallery exhibits work of master American, European and Asian artists. As Los Angeles' oldest Modern and Contemporary international gallery, it was an important catalyst in the California scene as it developed in the early 1960's. The gallery was the first to exhibit now well-known British artists such as David Hockney and Bridget Riley. Today, the gallery's focus is on Twentieth Century Modernist art, guiding clients to realize and build their collections. Please see our exhibitions page as our offerings change with our current exhibitions.
