Submission Policy

The Luckman Gallery welcomes submissions from artists and curators to be considered for exhibition. In general, exhibitions are planned two years in advance and are selected at the discretion of the Gallery Director and Executive Director of the Luckman Fine Arts Complex.

Preferred materials are slides, digital and photographic prints, and/or compact discs. Please include a cover letter and biography. Do not send original or valuable materials.

Submissions MUST include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return if return is required.

Please note that any unsolicited materials submitted shall be done so at the risk of the sender. The Gallery is not responsible for the return, loss or damage to unsolicited materials.

News

2007-08 season opens August 25 with "Body Double," An exhibition of photographs and videos by emerging female artists who incorporate the use of their own image, often in performative acts, to create or stage a variety of psychological circumstances. Reflecting influences ranging from Surrealism, through film, to narrative photography of the 1990s, these artists explore new worlds that are distinctive and captivating. Featuring works by Caitlin Atkinson, Liz Cohen, Roya Falahi, Carlee Fernandez, Desiree Holman, Gina Osterloh, Shannon Plumb, Barbara Probst, Wendy Red Star, Daniella Steinfeld, Haruko Tanaka, Mathilde Ter Heijne, Janaina Tschäpe, and Kristine Thompson.
