Submission Policy - Flanders Art Gallery

Due to the high volume of inquiries we have received from artists involving our submission policy for considering new works, we have decided to formalize the process for their benefit.
The Curator and Director will attempt to review submissions periodically. Please understand that while your artwork may be accepted, there may not be an open exhibition slot for several months. We do have exhibition opportunities aside from the space within our main gallery. Your artwork has a better chance of being displayed if you are willing to discuss other arenas in which we may do so.

Please note that we understand representation to be the most committed and involved relationship that we may pursue with artists. Rarely do we agree to such a relationship immediately. Please do not see this as a slight to your work, and remember that we are more than willing to have working affiliations with an array of artists.

While we understand that all artistic endeavors are best seen in person, we do not have the available time or storage space to allow for artist submissions made in this fashion. We sincerely apologize for this limitation, but we ask that artists respect it by following the submission guidelines listed below.

Feel free to contact us with any questions at flandersartcurator@gmail.com or via post at

Enclose a curriculum vitae pertaining to your artistic pursuits.

Give an indication of the wholesale price range of your works, in addition to information regarding any unique methods you may use in creating them.
