We have a dedicated in-house team of event planners who are able to discuss, arrange and co-ordinate any plans or ideas that potential clients may have for their functions and are easily contactable at the Gallery during office hours.
As Britain's most exciting contemporary art gallery, The Saatchi Gallery offers event planners a uniquely glamorous and sophisticated venue for any event or function that they might be developing. The Gallery has a large and is perfectly suited for event planners who wish to find a venue large enough to accommodate product launches, fashion shows or awards ceremonies. In May 2005 the Gallery hosted The Vodafone English Cricketer of the Year Awards and is set to host other large scale events in the future. Event planners that require audio-visual equipment and related technology for projections and presentations are also easily accommodated.
Event planning at The Saatchi Gallery also enables clients to choose from the variety of rooms and spaces available throughout the Gallery. All our rooms can be tailored to an event planner's individual specifications, with spaces ideal for event planners that require a grand setting as well as being available to client's that need the use of the many other galleries ensuring the event planner exclusivity. Event planners who wish to hire the Long Gallery independently can also capture the grandeur of the Gallery's larger rooms but are limited to groups of up to 250 people.
