Hiding Place is the derivation of my photograph displayed, looking into the physical and mental interpretations of the subject. The initial thought of hiding is to simply not be seen yet there is so much more to it. I was inspired by Connie Imboden and her overlaying; putting forward the idea of a mental presence as well as physicality. The photographs printed onto the acetate tell a story of its own but at the same time link to the photograph at present, explaining something that the individual may not be able to do themselves as it acts as a thought or memory.
