The pigs name is 'Sterling Saver'.
'My dad has been teaching me about money - saving, investing and spending and giving to charity.
I’m told that my Great Granddad often used to say ‘Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves’.
Sterling is constructed from recycled bottles, tops, an old spring, shuttlecocks and toy ‘play money’.
Sterling collects money. He eats golden apples and the seeds grow into money. He loves maths! He is married to Penny Pound and they have three ‘quidletts’
I want Sterling to show people how being wise with money can be fun and that you are never too young to learn!'
