Photo Description:
Silk Screen, ink, acrylic, pen, stitch / 1100 × 1080 mm / 2012.11 In 1st of October 2012, from 6 AM, I satrted to sketch passengers in trains on jubilee line, as time passed, I moved to front and had sketched them all the day long till 12PM, going and returnig over and again between Stratford station and Stanmore station, the eastern and western end of Jubiee line. During one day, there is a rhythm of number of passengers in peak time and off-peak, some of passengers in the morning read news paper, some of passengers in the end of the days is exhausted and felt in sleep. Between zone1 and zone5, trains passes London bridge, Westminster, Baker Street and under and over ground, different sceneries from the window. One day in jubilee line is lifeful, multinational and narrative.
