Photophobia
Photo Description:
This work focusses on the idea that we (as humans) are missing an important way perceiving the world. While we consider ourselves the most intelligent animals on the planet, we fall short in many ways when we compare ourselves to other animals. We can only see a small part of the visible spectrum, we barely have a sense of smell when compared to a dog, our sense of hearing limited, and we cannot see ultraviolet light. This piece deals with that feeling as if one is lacking something.
