Ashdown House

Forest Row / United Kingdom

Ashdown House Ashdown House is a boarding and day preparatory school for 4-13 year olds set in over 40 acres of grounds on the Ashdown Forest. The music, art, DT, sport – and tree climbing - are all strong and pupils go on to the major UK public schools. There is a dynamic young staff, most of whom live on site, and a full programme of activities for weekends. London, the coast and Gatwick airport are all within easy reach and, as part of The Cothill Educational Trust, Ashdown pupils make regular educational trips to the Trust’s properties in France and Dorset. Children leave Ashdown as independent thinkers and know how to live and work in a community.
