AN INTERNATIONAL ART PRIZE FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN UP TO AGE 18

Tridha began with Kindergarten and class I, a total of 20 children in June 2000. Today there are 255 children in the Nursery, the two Kindergarten and Classes I to VIII. Every year one new class is added, though the strength of each class never exceeds 26.

Tridha is committed to adding one class every year up to Class X. Like all Steiner schools, Tridha too is co-educational and non-selective. Admission is strictly on a first-come first-served basis after meeting with the child.

Boys and girls wear the same uniform - a short cotton kurta. They all do handwork, dance, music, gardening, cooking and carpentry.


Tridha intends to be affiliated to the ICSE board and the process for the recognition of the school by Maharashtra State has commenced. The Steiner curriculum at Tridha is designed to meet the requirements and the need of the ICSE curriculum. All subjects in the ICSE curriculum are covered along with some specialized Steiner education subjects such as form drawing and eurythmy.
