This sculpture is from from a body of work based on phobias and nightmares. Rebecca looked at various surrealist artists and studied her family's dreams over a period of time. She cast her own fingers in wax and used goose feathers to represent the beautiful but sinister nature of the sleeping, dormant mind. |
