Universidad Del Pais Vasco, Facultad De Bellas Artes

The Faculty of Fine Arts is an official centre within the Universidad del Pais Vasco in which students can take courses relating to the BA in Fine Arts, the only degree given by the faculty.

Three basic ideas drive the department’s activities: teaching, research and cultural activity within its environment. The present study plan allows students to obtain their BA in Fine Arts after taking 345 credits divided into two academic cycles.

The average number of students registered in the centre is 1800, spread across the three cycles that make up the degree course. There is a limit of 300 places for first-time students to Fine Arts studies. There are no requirements to entering the course other than those dictated by the university and the selection of 300 students is done through points obtained during the selection process. The minimum points required are six.

Students also have the opportunity to transfer from other universities under the supervision of the Validation Commission and in the case of over-25s via an entrance exam.
