Facilities - Gernika Peace Museum

Smoking is not allowed inside the Museum.
Large bags (backpacks, bags, umbrellas) are not allowed inside the Museum and must be left in the cloakroom.
Taking photos or film inside the Museum is not permitted (except with permission from management).
Eating is not allowed inside the Museum.
Animals are not permitted except guide dogs for the blind.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. They are not allowed to touch objects in the Museum or run about since this may bother other visitors.
Do not touch Museum objects (glass exhibitors, exhibition objects, photos). They are fragile and may be damaged.
The Museum has a lift which can be taken from the sidewalk or at the entrance and makes access easier for the handicapped or disabled.

The Museum shop is located next to the reception area. Opening hours are the same as the Museum.
The shop sells books, magazines, museum merchandising, souvenirs of Gernika-Lumo, and to publicity for the contents of the museum.
The shop also has other services: there is a section for visitors to obtain information on the town and its cultural activities and activities for tourists, and on other nearby locations in the region.
The shop has a locker area for visitors to leave their bags, backpacks etc.
All products sold in the museum shop can be purchased online, by email (denda.museoa@gernika-lumo.net), by telephone (+34 946 270 213) or by fax (+34 946 258 608), specifying the name of the product or products and the quantity.
The product will be sent COD to the address you give us as soon as possible. The customer pays for the product and postage costs on receipt.
