Museu FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona Museum was inaugurated on the 24th of September 1984, gathering an old dream from Joan Gamper, the club's founder in 1899.

This museum is a journey through our history, one full of sporting triumphs, of both social and cultural importance, and that has made FC Barcelona into more than a Club.

Permanent Collection

The permanent collection is based on FC Barcelona history and sports success. Here visitors can find trophies, items belonging to former and present football stars, models of FC Barcelona past and present stadiums and objects regarding the social importance of this football club from its origins in 1899 to the present days.
One of the museum highlights is a football top from 1910, which belonged to the foward and team captain Pepe RodrĂguez.
There is also a section dedicated to the club's sports sections.

On the first floor visitors will find two temporary exhibitions. The first one is dedicated to the life and sports records of Joan Gamper, the club's founder in 1899.
The second collection "El Camp Nou. 50 Anys de Batec Blaugrana" is dedeicated to the 50th anniversary of the Camp Nou stadium. You will find original building plans; videos of the building process; impressions of the past and present players; and the scale model of Norman Foster's project for the future Camp Nou stadium.
