Whilst the education department provides free art workshops for schools, it is also possible to book an artist educator for more advanced sessions at a cost of £100 per hour in total (based on a maximum of 30 students in a class). To book an artist educator please email the Saatchi education department.
STAFF FEEDBACK FROM PREVIOUS VISITS
"The staff who helped us were fantastic. They respected our students and at the same time were kind, understanding and patient. They also gave our students at lot of encouragement and made them feel good about their achievements. It was one of the most successful, educational, enjoyable and most valuable workshops we have done for this school. The reason for this is that every student was 100% engaged in their task and felt really 'good' about their own achievement at the end of the workshop.
Your Gallery provides such a relaxed, bright and cheery environment in which our students can work. Your staff are exceptionally good with students with special needs. We were made to feel very welcome during the whole time of our visit! Also, your facilities are excellent and we will be able to bring classes that have students in wheel chairs!" Oak Lodge School
"The guide did a very good job in picking interesting artworks, involving the group by asking questions and pointing out important information and techniques" Secundair Kunstinstituut Gent
"It was fantastic- the learners were really engaged in the task and given support to be creative in their response to the work" Weston College
