Visiting Saatchi Gallery

 

Do members need to book to visit Saatchi Gallery?

Usually, members do not need to pre-book for exhibitions and can just turn up with a valid membership card. Some exhibitions / events, such as Saatchi Lates, do require sign up online due to capacity restrictions.

How do I cancel my pre-booked tickets?

If you have a valid ticket and wish to cancel it, you can cancel your tickets by emailing us at members@saatchigallery.com. Please do let us know, so another Member can visit during that timeslot.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Who can I bring in with me?
This varies by membership type; you’ll also need to book a ticket for each guest:

‘Adult’ means you can visit for free on your own.
‘Student’ means you can visit for free on your own.
‘Family’ means you can bring your registered family member who is living at the same address as you. You can also bring up to six children or grandchildren (17 or under) also living at the same address. Under 5s go free. The second cardholder can visit Saatchi Gallery independently, but to book tickets they’ll either need to email us at membership@saatchigallery.com or call us on 020 7811 3070 (open daily) before they visit.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP QUERIES

Can I use my membership before I receive my card?
You can use your membership straightaway – you’ll receive a confirmation email which you can use to access exhibitions (this is sent to you on the day your membership starts) or you can visit the gallery, and they can print you a physical card on the spot.
You should receive your membership pack, including your membership card, within three weeks of the start of your membership.

I’ve lost my membership card. What should I do?
You can request a new one via email or phone, or just drop by a the gallery next time you visit and they can print you a new card.

Your old card will be cancelled to protect against misuse.

Can I lend my membership card to someone else?
No, Membership cards can only be used by the named Member or Associate Family Member.

Members provide vital financial support to Saatchi Gallery so we ask that you please don’t lend your card to non-Members. If you know someone who would enjoy the benefits of membership, why not give a gift membership?

RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

How do I renew my membership?
You don’t need to do anything to renew your membership – your membership will automatically be renewed after 12 months of singing up. The payment card you used to pay the initial subscription will be applied for the following year. Failure to make payment will result in the Membership being cancelled. We will endeavour to notify you before each renewal of the renewal date and the current subscription.

You can also renew over the phone or in the gallery.

GIFT MEMBERSHIPS

How do I renew my gift membership?
Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to renew gift memberships online. You can either: Email membership@saatchigallery.com or call us on 020 7811 3070 (open daily).

Can I arrange for a gift membership to be sent to me, the donor?
Yes, when you choose your delivery options you can choose for the gift membership pack to be sent to you, or directly to the recipient. Buy a gift membership online.

For Christmas gift memberships
If you’re purchasing a gift membership for Christmas you can have it delivered to you (the donor) or have it delivered to the recipient. Please be aware due to a high number of orders your membership may take longer to be delivered. Please allow 7 working days prior to ordering.

PRIVATE VIEWS AND EVENTS

Do I need to book tickets for Saatchi Gallery events, talks and discussions?

Some events require an online sign up for members. Please check our website for details. Most events, talks and discussions will be ticketed. Please check the respective webpages for further information. Occasionally, limited spaces will be offered to members to Private Views on a first-come-first-served basis only.

ONLINE SHOP DISCOUNT

Members can use their 10% discount* at Saatchi Store online shop simply by logging in. To claim your 10% shop discount in gallery, just show your membership card at the checkout.

How do I cancel my membership?

Support from our Members has never been more important, you are part of a very special community that underpins everything we do.

CHANGES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Will my benefits change during my membership?

Saatchi Gallery may add or remove Member benefits from time to time during your Membership. We aim to give you notice when doing so.
